Shipping:
All our products are made to order to ensure you receive the freshest product.
Please note that when shipping to a physical address, an accurate street address complete with suite or apartment number and/or business names is required. A phone number is also required to ensure proper delivery. It is recommended that someone be available to accept delivery. Trini Treats currently ships to continental US only. Sorry, we cannot ship to APO, FPO or P.O. Box addresses.
In order to avoid delays in getting your order, please review your shipping information and addresses carefully before submitting. Trini Treats is not responsible for shipping addresses entered incorrectly. Any additional costs incurred due to an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping prices are included in the price based off of USPS Priority prices. Any damages to your shipment from abuse or delays by UPS or USPS or any other carrier are not our responsibility.
Return Policy:
Once the package has been received, if anything is unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately at info@trinitreats.com or 718-799-6824. Food items are perishables and cannot be returned, therefore, we do not accept returns or provide refunds however, we will do everything possible to alleviate any concern.

For special order requests not available on our online store, please contact us by sending a request to info@trinitreats.com. Special orders may require more than one box to ship and will be subject to additional fees and charges.
